The Onn Tablet Warranty provides coverage for defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Walmart, the manufacturer of the product, will replace any defective part with a new or refurbished one without any charge during this period.
However, the customer is responsible for transportation costs and insurance charges (if applicable) to Corporate. The warranty process requires the customer to retain the original packaging or provide like packaging to facilitate the process. The warranty may be voided if the product is damaged due to insufficient packaging. The customer must
receive a return authorization number (RMA#) before sending the unit in for service. The warranty extends only to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover cosmetic damage, lost products, or accessories that have been damaged by misuse or accident.
